The recorded voice files will be delivered via FTP (daily, hourly, whatever you like) or web interface (realtime).

Additionally you will receive a statistical overview about calls on your audiotex application.
Various quiz flows
For the standard quiz type different variations are possible: Multiple Choice Quiz, Preselection with and without correct answers, additional voice recordings by several queries, individual queries by name, street, postal code and city.
Audio Production
We also offer audio production in case you do not have a recording studio or speaker at hand.
For recurring actions we recommend neutral question wording, eg "Please answer our question of the week."
