What we need to know
To give you a reliable quote, we need to get answers to the following questions:
- What is your hotline service about?
- When do you want to start / is there a deadline?
- Do you already know if and what type of service number you want to use to advertize your service?
- Do you already own a service number or do you want us to arrange one?
- What call volume do you expect on a daily basis?
- Do you expect call peaks (e.g. after TV or radio advertisements)?
- Do you need an interface to external systems?
- Do you need a web interface to manage and/or change parameters of your hotline?
- Are calls forwarded to external phone numbers or SIP addresses? If yes, into which networks / countries?
- Do you produce the audio files by yourself or do you want us to organize a speaker or production studio?
How much does it cost?
Less complex services are setup for free! woopla will always charge a per minute fee for call processing (platform usage). Using a premium rate number woopla will payout to you.
If needed, expect additional but low charges for international landline numbers.
