Our production platform consists of powerful Linux and Windows systems. Our heterogeneous network uses high-performance Microsoft SQL Server and IIS for your and our web applications and web services.
All of our SIP voice servers are running on Linux to keep the overhead of unnecessary software components as small as possible and to keep the platform stable and almost maintenance-free. Our slim "Linux boxes" focus on one thing only: your telephony services.
Server locations in Europe and North America
Our own platform is based in two major data centers in Europe - one of them in Germany. Our server room neighbors are great and world-famous Internet companies. We are also able to setup servers for our international customers in other large data centers in Europe and North America - when it comes to route VoIP traffic a powerful and fast connection is of vital importance.
SIP and ISDN
Our voice computers are capable of "talking" both over classical ISDN lines as well as Voice over IP (VoIP).
Our system is SIP-capable - SIP is the de facto standard for advanced IP telephony and multimedia communication.
VoiceXML
Development of our own voice services is done using the open standard VoiceXML. This gives us independence from our own platform and a possible portability of our services at any time.
